Here in japan, seems like fat on meat is very delicious and acceptable as well as skin. I know back home i dont like to see even an ounce of fat or skin on my meat unless its fried chicken. But here, guess i been so used to eating skin and extra fat, i dont even bother taking it off anymore. Because if i took it off, half my meal would sometimes disappear.

I thing the real problem in the fried chicken is not the "skin".
The problem is that fried bread powder. That's not healthy!
skin is the best! i like the yakitori with chicken skin. yum
