AIR CANADA SERVICE, GOOD AND BAD

Since taking tons of planes in the past couple years, i always like to put in my 2 cents worth on customer service. Air Canada, from Kansai to Vancouver ... shitty service, never coming by, tossing drinks, couldnt even get an extra damn blanket or pillow, fucking ghetto, AC was set to something around freezing. But to recoup the Air Canada crew from Vancouver going to Kansai was very nice and helpful. So i enjoyed my trip coming back. I would say that the nasty crew is going to get a nice letter in the mail.
