Growing the beard out. First time. Nice lovely day for a jog up to the gym. Took about 30 min. So nice today that the sun was shining on my head. Oh and damn weight still going down. Down to 138? This like high school or something. Must be cuz I aint drinking pop or any greasy value meals. Mmmm
